BOOST (Building Opportunities for Original and Sustainable Thinking) is a live, crowd-funded pitch fest in support of energy, ecosystem, and waste innovations in Chicago.
Social Entrepreneurs with unique and innovative projects pitch their concepts to a live audience at the BOOST Funding Night. Audience members vote with their ticket contributions to determine the winning innovators. Winners split the BOOST grant - funds raised by the Delta Emerging Leaders - as well as the night's ticket sales to fund their business projects. Last year, BOOST grants totaled roughly $4,500 to each of the two winners.
Join us for BOOST 2017, November 14th at Chop Shop in Wicker Park! Come out to support early-stage innovation in your city. Your donation directly supports the work of our 2017 BOOST competition winners, along with the rest of the great work that Delta Insitute and the DELs do year-round.
Each ticket comes with two beer tokens (good for any Goose Island beers) and food from Lou Malnati's, Clif Bar, and Sultan's Market.
