Covid Protocol:

The mpls downtown council is dedicated to taking precautionary measures to reduce the risk of infection of COVID-19 at our events. We will require attendees, volunteers, staff and performers to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the event OR full up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination (at least two weeks after final dose of initial vaccine, boosted if it has been at least 2 months since the initial J&J vaccine or 6 months since initial final dose of Pfizer/Moderna). Masks will also be required to be worn when not eating or drinking regardless of vaccination status.

Acceptable proof of vaccination includes:

- The physical vaccination card

- A photo of the complete vaccination card

- Digital immunization records such as Docket or Clear

Acceptable negative test results include:

- Minnesota Department of Health tests (Vault)

- An email from your testing provider

- A screenshot or printout of your negative test result

- A photo of a home test result

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.

If your situation does not allow for you to attend in person, we will offer a virtual link to the program.

We appreciate your understanding and compliance. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our staff directly in advance of the event.
