Please join us in celebrating our founding on December 5, 1935 by Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune. The theme for this special event is "Hope, Faith, and Joy.” Our guest speaker will be Pastor Willie G. Council, Detroit Calvary United Methodist Church.

The National Council of Negro Women, Inc. (NCNW) – Detroit Section extends greetings to you. We are an organization of volunteers who serve the Metropolitan Detroit community by providing hands on support via research, advocacy, national and community-based services and programs. The mission of NCNW is to lead, empower, and advocate for women of African descent, their families, and communities. To help accomplish our mission, we host an annual luncheon in recognition of our founder Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune.

This is an in-person only event.
