This short sessions will begin with registeration and a light sandwich lunch at 11.50am with a prompt 12 noon start and a 1pm finish.

During this 60 minute session, sales specialist Peter Gaunt will introduce a simple way to quickly pitch in an engaging persuasive way. His “Butterfly” technique can be used to improve communication techniques by anybody from business owner to receptionist to sales people.
