3HQ welcomes our BRAND NEW YOGA TEACHER this week! Meet Mariko! We are so excited to bring Mariko’s beautiful energy to our space and have you all experience her intuitive teaching style.

Our Tuesday evening yoga class is for all levels, a gentle vinyasa style of yoga suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Mariko will be able to tailor the practice to suit where you are at in your yoga journey.

6pm at 3HQ (Upstairs at Tennis Ballarat, Grant St, Sebastopol)
$6 per person. Some yoga mats are available, but if you have you’re own, please bring it along
