6 Weeks to Wellness

Kickstart your health and wellness goals with Giant Nutrition! Whether your goal is to change your diet, manage stress or simply learn more about your personal health, this is the program for you. This 6-week series will focus on topics that affect long term wellness including movement, nutrition, and simple tips that lead to a healthier lifestyle.

Participants will receive a link to join the presentation in their order confirmation email. To view the presentation, participants may use the web version of the video conferencing tool used for the class.

Classes occur in Eastern Standard Time
