6 Weeks to Change is a holistic health program designed for women who are ready to reinvest in themselves. This program is a 6-week journey designed to help you improve your health through motivation, nutrition, and fitness. We begin the journey with a half day Kick-Off Celebration at the Sunset Room by Wolfgang Puck at the National Harbor. After eating a healthy breakfast, you will learn the tools to becoming mentally fit, experience live healthy cooking demos, and learn how to enjoy alcohol without ruining your diet. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a live Q&A on hair maintenance while exercising before taking a live DJ'd "Getting Started" workout with Coach G. Lastly, you’ll get to meet your new accountability group and maybe win one of our many giveaways!
After the Kick-Off Celebration, you will follow a 6-week program of video workouts and a detailed nutrition plan to guide you to the new you. Throughout the 6-week program, you will have live weekly virtual accountability meet-ups with Coach G. We will all finish the program with a grand closing party to celebrate completing this journey!
