For the first time, we are bringing you a new and scientifically proven core training method that will also help to improve your posture, prevent and reduce urinary incontinence, prolapse and/or diastasis recti - also known as post-baby pooch and the pee-when-you-sneeze syndrome that can accompany it.
This is not another Summer Abs Bikini Challenge!
This is a Low Pressure Fitness technique with NO EQUIPMENT WORKOUT!!
You will learn essential techniques on how to train your abdominal so they remain FLAT without having to strain yourself with repetitive sit ups or planks!

Core Tone group classes combine Low Pressure Fitness techniques with other fitness tendencies such as suspension training or some Pilates and yoga moves.
A 60 minute workout in which every movement will follow the “hypopressive principles", spreading your body awareness and allowing you to build the natural tone necessary for correct posture and core function without putting into risk your pelvic floor and back integrity.
Our group classes allow you to progress from beginner moves to more challenging exercises as you gain sensitivity in mind and body. You will leave every session feeling invigorated.
Commitment to 2 weekly sessions during at least 8 weeks is highly recommended in order to get results.
Clients MUST attend to a taster workshop or book a private assessment before joining group classes.
