Join Gina Kehr, triathlon coach/founder of Affinity Multisport, and Heidi Buttery, certified nutrition consultant, for a 6-week online triathlon training program!


Race Info

We are preparing for the beautiful Half Moon Bay Triathlon, held on Sunday, April 23rd with a weekly training/nutrition plan geared to the event plus nutrition recommendations.

Utilize our program to get ready for a race in your local area.

Is this plan for you?

A building triathlon training program, geared towards helping you reach your fitness goals and maximize body composition/weight loss, with nutrition recommendations (recipes, timing of pre/post training meals, etc.) and an interchangeable training schedule.

Minimal requirements are that you can already swim 500 meters or 15 minutes, ride for 30 minutes and walk, walk/run, or run 30 minutes.

What is included?

Weekly email with your training + nutrition plan.
Invitation to a private, moderated Facebook group.
Preview training day in Half Moon Bay, guided by Gina & Heidi.
Option to purchase additional triathlon/nutrition coaching.
Discounted race entry to HMB Tri available upon registration.

Program Cost: Early Bird sign up by 3/7/17--> $85

(After 3/7, price increases to $95)
