- Ø Must be willing to come to our facility 3 days per week.
- Ø Must be willing to take before and after pictures to show our program’s success (these will be private).

- Ø Must commit to the entire 6 weeks. Change will not happen in a week, you need to stick it out to see results!
- Ø Must have the discipline to apply our nutrition plan. Working out is only half of the equation.
- Ø Must be committed to making this change for YOU! You have to want it!
- Ø 18 group fitness classes over a 6-week period. These classes are limited to ONLY people doing the challenge.
- Ø Nutritional guidance (overseen by a Registered Dietician).

***Our classes for this challenge will run at 6:15am for approximately 1 hour each. They will run on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Participation is key, so you must commit to coming every class!
