We are excited to announce we will be going forward with our meditation course with Khanh.

What you will experience in the 6 Weeks?

This introductory meditation workshop brings focus on mindfulness in both formal and informal practices. To meditate doesn't mean you have to sit still in a crossed leg position. It is the practice of being aware and awake in the present moment. In this course, you will be introduced to the art of cultivating awareness on the breath and on your physical and mental body through various forms of meditation. The aim here is not just to calm and ease the mind and body but also to cultivate joy and peace in your journey of self-love and self-understanding. All you need to bring along are an open mind and a willing heart.

A little about the wonderful Khanh. Khanh has been a Zen Buddhist meditation practitioner since 2012 with 3 years experience in leading various forms of meditation in multiple meditation groups in Sydney for all ages. She is also a dedicated Hatha yoga teacher and a passionate vegan/vegetarian caterer. Her journey with spiritual practices has been bringing so much transformation in her life that it inspires her to share with the community. It is her vision to bring a holistic approach in nourishing the community with an emphasis on kindness and compassion. Khanh's favourite inspirational quote: "All that you seek is already in you"


When: Every Thursday 7:30pm to 8:30pm
Starting: 3rd August
Cost: $60 for 6 Weeks.
Both members and non-members welcome.
