Event: 6-Week Foundation Goalkeeper Clinic
Dates: 1/5, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16
Time: 6 to 7:00pm
Ages: 10, 11 & 12 years old
WMA's “Winter Goalkeeper Skills Clinics” is open to boys and girls, ages 10 , 11 & 12 years old. This 6-week program delivers 6 one hour training sessions. Foundation-level technical training includes; footwork, passing, and basic handling techniques. While also implementing relevant physical strength training and goalkeeper-specific tactical learning opportunities and leadership development as well.
All goalkeepers will compete in a fun yet challenging training environment, supported by high-level specialized coaching by WMA Soccer's, Kevin Murphy. The small-group training environment will allow goalkeepers to sharpen the techniques and tactics necessary for the position.
