Start your new year off right and join Dr. Anna for a 6 week fitness challenge! Saturday mornings starting January 6th to lose weight and get fit with BURST workouts!

BURST workouts can be done in 10-15 minutes and have the benefit of what is known as the ‘afterburn’ effect. This means your body will continue to burn fat, even after you have stopped exercising.

So get ready to burn fat and build muscle in only 12 minutes with this high intensity, short duration workout!
