Come out and try our 3 day a week boot camp for 6 weeks. Get your body shaping workout in before you hit the beach or pool for the day! Our workouts are 1 hour long every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8am. You will get a high intensity workout that will be fun and challeging at the same time. We will see you there!!
