Saturday, April 17th, 2021:

Session 1 (AM)

7 AM – 8:30 AM – Weigh-in for all Women and Men up to 74kg

9 AM – 1 PM – Lifting for all Women and Men up to 74kg

1 PM – 1:30 PM – Awards Ceremony

Session 2 (PM)

12 PM – 1:30 PM – Weigh-in for all Men 83 kg up to 120+kg

2 PM – 6 PM – Lifting for all Men 83 kg up to 120+kg

6 PM – 6:30 PM – Awards Ceremony

AWARDS:

• Medals will be given out for the Top 3 in each weight class and all divisions.

• Awards will be given out for the Men's and Women's BEST LIFTER to the male and female lifter with the highest IPF score in Full Power

ENTRY FEE:

Full Power (Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift) – $119

Push Pull - $119

Bench Only or Deadlift Only, – $99

Additional Division – $29

Meet T-Shirt (XS-XXL) – $25

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

This is an open championship. There are no qualifying totals and/or competitions required to enter this championship. All lifters competing in the championship must be a member of USA Powerlifting. Memberships to USA Powerlifting must be purchased online at www.usapowerlifting.com.

ADMISSION:

All spectators and coaches may enjoy the competition for an admission fee of $10.00 per day.

This is an entry to a USA Powerlifting event directed by Josh Chamblin. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE entry fee to the 4th Annual USA Powerlifting Capital City Barbell Championship (FL-2021-12). If you fail to show at the event or withdraw for any reason, you will not be refunded your competition entry fee. You will be required to follow all USA Powerlifting guidelines of the event, including the participation and Code of Conduct policies of USA Powerlifting. All participants are subject to drug testing.
