Special rate (free!) for students of Trinity Christian College who would like to have a booth at the Trinity Troll Market. **Students who would like to purchase a box lunch and/or reserve a space with electricity must email Emily Bosscher at emily.bosscher@trnty.edu within 2 business days of registering. Additional fees will apply for lunches and electricity.**

Thanks for your interest in participating as a vendor in the  5th Annual Trinity Troll Market!

The 5th Annual Trinity Troll Market takes place during Trinity's Fall Fest, held on November 4, 2017.  Fall Fest, a celebration of Trinity Christian College, is an open invitation to alumni, parents, students, and the community!

Our event will feature art, craft, merchandise and other service vendors.  It will be marketed to over 5,000 area alumni as well as the Chicagoland area.  There will also be the KidZone, which will feature inflatables, face painting, activities, and more family friendly fun!

A $1 donation for shoppers age 18 and older will be requested for entry into the Troll Market.  All proceeds from the event will benefit the Trinity Christian College Alumni Scholarship Fund.

Vendor Details:

Space is limited and applications are first come first serve.  Only one demonstrator from each company or brand will be accepted (LuLaRoe, ThirtyOne, Noonday, etc.).

Registration deadline is October 20, 2017.

Please note that registering here indicates your interest in participating, however, you are not confirmed until you receive a second manual confirmation email within 2 business days after your application is reviewed by the committee.  Vendors who apply but are not confirmed will be reimbursed.

           1 Student Vendor Table:  $0 (for current Trinity students only)
                      Included:  8 foot banquet table, 2 chairs, free Wi-Fi
 

Additional Fees            

  •  Electric $10 (there are a limited number available, vendors must provide their own extension cords)
  •  Box Lunch $7.50  (Choice of a chicken salad on croissant, turkey on wheat knot roll, or ham and cheese on a pretzel roll. The rest of the lunch includes a bottle of water, chips, cookies, and fruit.  Lunch will be delivered to your table at noon.)
  • Please Note: I messed up the order form, so you are not able to order these items or pay for them on this Eventbrite form.  Please contact Emily Bosscher if you would like to add these items to your order.  Thanks!

(There will also be Food Trucks and Dining Hall options in the parking lot of the Troll Market or concessions available in the upstairs gym area if you'd prefer to buy your lunch on site.  Prices and food options are to be determined by the Food Trucks that show up.)

Trinity Troll Market is a family-friendly event.  Vendors will be asked to remove any goods not in keeping with this atmosphere.

Each individual is fully responsible for their booth, display and merchandise.  Trinity Troll Market cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or personal injuries that occur at the event.

The Trinity Troll Market will be heavily advertised, but that does not guarantee the amount of sales or turnout of shoppers for the event.

 Set up for the event will be Saturday morning from 8am until 10am.  The Troll Market will be open from 10 am until 4 pm.  Vendors who have not checked in by 9:30 am will have their space forfeited.  Please have your booth ready by 10am and do not pack up your items before 4 pm.  Please note that we encourage creative displays, but if you plan on going beyond the space a regular table (plus about 2 feet in front at most), we would ask that you purchase two tables out of courtesy for other vendors.
