Description

The time has come again! Core BTS will host their 5th Annual 'Start at the Core' event this April through May with a full day of learning at multiple locations. You will have the opportunity to participate in two technology labs of your choice. In addition, you'll network with leading industry experts, Core BTS partners and your peers.

Choose from all four architectures:

  • Collaboration - Webex Teams Enablement and Unified Contact Center Express

HyperFlex and Citrix

Cisco HyperFlex for Citrix Cloud solves infrastructure challenges, making it easier to deploy a successful and high performance VDI deployment by consolidating the traditional disparate infrastructure silos of storage, storage networking, and compute. Cyber Defense Clinic

Security and Network professionals need to evolve their strategy from a point-in-time approach to pervasive protection across the full attack continuum. In this lab, you can experience common cyber security attack situations in a virtual lab environment, where you will get to play both the role of attacker and defender. Utilizing an environment that models many enterprise networks, you will learn how environments get compromised, how breaches get discovered, and how to respond most effectively with Cisco Security products and integrated solution architectures.

Meraki

SD-WAN provides optimized link utilization allowing organizations to provide high availability and efficiency using multiple links at their remote sites. Meraki’s SD-WAN technology leverages Auto-VPN building upon and enhancing an established technology versus building a brand new solution. Leveraging Layer 3 and Layer 7 rules combined with custom performance classes, IT teams can pick the optimal path for internal and cloud based applications in their infrastructure based on the health of the uplink in real time. Combined with application and network visibility through Meraki Insight, the Meraki platform provides a holistic view into your application and network health.

Cisco Unified Contact Center Express

Cisco Unified Contact Center Express 12.0 v1 offers an integrated, full-featured solution for managing customer contacts while retaining all the benefits of a fully converged Cisco Unified Communications deployment. Cisco Unified Contact Center Express delivers sophisticated call routing, management, and administration features for departmental, enterprise branch office, or small- to medium-sized enterprise customer care needs.
