Cincinnati's premier Derby party is back for our 5th Anniversary!
The Queen City Derby Party (QCDP) is a fundraising day-party centered on the running of the Kentucky Derby. As Cincinnati’s premier Kentucky Derby watch event, QCDP is a unique spectacle that brings together a diverse mix of patrons who wish to enjoy a festive and vibrant take on the traditions of the race.
The annual gathering is the signature event of the Delta Gamma Lambda Foundation, a Cincinnati based 501c3, and all proceeds go to the organization in support of its mission.

Ticket Options:
General Admission: Live Concert; Dance Party; Viewing of Derby Races; Online Wagering; Access to Premium Vendors; Free Oliva Cigar; 4-hour Open-Bar; Free Parking; Passed Hors d’oeuvres; Late Night Snacks; Derby desserts
Reserved: All the benefits of General Admission, plus dedicated seating and souvenir glass.
VIP: All the benefits of General Admission & Reserved plus VIP Gift Bag, Valet Parking, Shrimp Cocktail, Assorted Cheeses, Fruit and Sparkling Wine for each table. Each VIP guest will also have access to an exclusive Woodford Reserve VIP open bar beginning at 7:00pm while supplies last.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Must be at least 21 years old on May 7, 2022, to attend. Please do not purchase a ticket if you will not meet this criterion because your money will not be refunded.
Is there a dress code?
Derby attire ("Google" it) is the dress of the day. Classy casual to dress formal is appropriate. No jeans, tennis shoes, boots, or streetwear. We reserve the right to enforce this policy up to expulsion from the party, in which case no refund will be provided.
What are my parking options for getting to and from the event?
The Savannah Center has free parking available for all patrons.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Will there be seating?
There will be plenty of seating available for our guests. Seats are available on a first come first serve bases. If you purchase a VIP or Reserved table or Reserved ticket pair, you are guaranteed a seat.
Is there an open bar?
Yes. Open bar is available from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. During that time, you are welcome to a variety of options from a number of bar stations. In addition, we will have Oaks Lilly and Mint Juleps for your enjoyment. From 7:00pm to last call, you can purchase a drink from our bar stations with a cash or card.
Will there be food?
Yes. Appetizers will be passed from 5pm to 7pm. There will be a “late night” menu from 8:30pm to 9:30pm.
What happens if COVID numbers increase?
If COVID numbers increase and West Chester Township or the State of Ohio declare an emergency that prevents large gatherings, we will cancel our event and refunds will be issued.
What's the general (non-COVID) refund policy?
Absolutely no refunds will be provided.
