5th Annual von Arx Family Foundation Florida Diabetes & Wellness Conference

Join us for a full day of education, wellness and research on how to manage and prevent diabetes. Breakout sessions and workshops will be available for those interested in:

ADMISSION
Open to the general public, with a separate track for doctors and nurses seeking medical CME credits (number of credits TBD). Vendors and medical specialists will be on-hand to display the latest in diabetes technology, research, and products. For those who cannot afford the registration, please contact the Help A Diabetic Child Foundation for an available scholarship to cover the cost of attending the conference.
LUNCH OPTIONS
Please look over the registration options carefully, the option for an included lunch package for an additional $10 will include a pre-packaged, diabetes-friendly lunch (please note any other dietary restrictions).
CME CREDITS
For Doctors, Nurses, Physician Assistants, Dietary, Occupational and Physical Therapists that are seeking to attend the full medical track for a total of 4 CME credits. CME credits are being managed and sponsored by Lee Health.
PROCEEDS
All proceeds stay locally in Southwest Florida to provide diabetes medical supplies, insulin and services for children in need through the Help a Diabetic Child Foundation.
