About this Event

5K and Online Auction

LAOC invites you to support our mission by participating in our 2020 5K run | walk and online auction. We will provide you a map to multiple courses in Rochester MN to participate.

In order to avoid crowds we are asking participants to run their 5K at any time during the week. The provided maps can be used or please feel free to run | walk your favorite route or on a treadmill.

This event is family friendly and open to all ages and participation levels

Each runner will receive a LAOC water bottle, a free beer from Forager Brewery and a small coffee or hot chocolate from STEAM. (For Rochester MN, participants only.)

#LAOC5k
