The 5K Color Walk/Run for RGV Scholarships is an event for the whole family. It was created to help raise College Scholarship funds to be awarded to kids throughout the Rio Grande Valley. It is also a special way to get our community together, celebrate life and encourage Family Fun!

The proceeds raised from this event will also be used in Hidalgo Lodge's other Community Initiatives, like honoring our community's first responders, and supporting Hidalgo Masonic Lodge's "Backpacks for Kids" program, which provides backpacks and school supplies to children of families going through financial hardship.

This family friendly event will include a 5k and 1 mile run/walk, followed by raffles, music, contests and More Fun.

542 satisfied RGV Runners attended in last years's event...we are expecting even greater things this year and would love for you to be a part of this amazing event.
