Raymond Broomhall, Barrister at Law
Raymond holds chambers at Michael Kirby Chambers and is a member of the Australian Bar Association, Tasmanian Independent Bar, Law Society of Tasmania, International Society for the Reform of Criminal Law, International Lawyers Action Network and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
Raymond has appeared in the High Court including all Commonwealth Courts inclusive of the Full Federal Court and the Family Court. He has appeared in all Tasmanian Courts and various South Australian, New South Wales and Queensland Courts and has provided advice in all jurisdictions.
Raymond is in high demand throughout the world for his work on electromagnetic radiation (EMR) issues and is considered to be one of the leading advocates in this field.
Raymond founded the No5G Party, initiated class action discussions on EMR impacts on the public and stood as a candidate for the Australian Federation Party. He has also initiated legal action against mandates.
This evening talk will provide an opportunity for attendees to hear about Raymond's experiences and the reality and effects of 5G and EMR. He will discuss legal remedies that have been used to stop towers and networks.
Raymond will also cover legal remedies available against mandates that have been successful. He has worked with National Education United, health workers and Mining & Retails workers.
A Q&A session will also be facilitated at the end of the presentation.
This presentation focuses on empowerment and explains the law surround 5G, EMR and mandates.
