You are invited to join Hawaii Water Works Association’s 55th Annual and Hawai'i Rural Water Association’s 1st Annual Conference and EXPO on Maui, Hawai'i, November 2nd, 3rd, & 4th, 2016.
The Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa is one of the most beautiful resorts on Maui - a truly remarkable place to hold a conference. To accommodate those attending, the Marriott has blocked 200 rooms at a discounted rate of $219.00 per night (other fee’s such as parking gratuity and resort fee’s apply, please see FAQs below or contact hotel for details).
As an attendee, you can look forward to a full and diverse program for managers & operators both water and wastewater. For those looking for something more engaging than traditional class room instruction, be sure to attend the Operator Expo held on November 2, 2016. Not only will the participants be given the opportunity to get hands on instruction on a variety of topics but potentially earn valuable CEU’s in the process. The Expo will be running concurrently with the conference on the first day only which gives attendees a choice and a variety on which classes to attend.

What are my parking options for the event?
Registered Wailea Marriott hotel guests are offered reduced self parking at $10/day (usually $25/day) and/or valet parking will be available at a reduced price of $15/day (usually $35/day).
Overflow parking will be available at the Shops of Wailea. The ticket you receive from the Shops of Wailea parking will be validated by the Wailea Marriott at $10/ticket.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Changes and/or substitutions to any registration must be made no later than October 17, 2016.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You will not need to print paper tickets. Your badge and all other conference items will be issued upon check in.
What is the refund policy?
Refund requests must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by September 30, 2016. Partial refund requests may be granted after September 30, 2016. No refund requested will be granted after October 14, 2016.
