Event Details

New Mexico State University's Engineering New Mexico program holds the Samual P. Maggard Annual Quality Concrete School in collaboration with the New Mexico Ready Mix Concrete and Aggregates Association that includes workshops and lectures covering various topics like testing, troubleshooting and transporting concrete. The 2018 class is the 54th presentation of this school.

The Quality Concrete School is conducted for professional engineers and others involved in the construction industry to provide the latest technologies and information used in concrete applications. The workshops encompass a range of competency levels to accommodate those attending.

Participants in the Quality Concrete are eligible to receive up to 10 Professional Development Hours (PDHs).

Through collective impact, Engineering New Mexico leverages a network of industry, community, and academic partners to solve problems that improve the quality of life, promote economic development, and enhance educational systems across New Mexico. The program delivers a range of engineering programs and services to businesses, government agencies, teachers and K-16 students throughout the state.
