About this Event

In this educational and transformative experience, you will deepen your practice and learn the tools to teach Yin Yoga.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHERS

Rachel Fearnley is a highly sought after teacher & coach. She has been teaching yoga around the globe for 7 years & sharing the message of Yin Yoga for over 5 years & now brings her wisdom of meditation, mindfulness, 5 element theory and breath work to a 6 day, 50 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Canggu, Bali.

Rachel is trained in both classical Indian Yoga and Chinese Taoist Yoga & specialises in Yin Yoga, Breath work & Ayurveda.

Having completed several trainings in Vinyasa and Ashtanga, Rachel recognised the need within herself to move towards a more nourishing and nurturing approach to her own practice and therefor her teachings.

Rachel believes that we all possess the ability to heal ourselves from the inside out, that by cultivating deep presence we open up our channels of awareness and can create radical shifts on our own lives.

She is a deeply passionate and authentic teacher who practices what she teaches and supports her students to do the same, believing that when we are in alignment with the truth of who we are, our life begins to flourish beyond anything we ever thought possible.

Rachel is the founder of The Pineapple House, Bali -  a surf, yoga & wellness retreat offering her own brand of authentic & attainable wellness.

Jody Vassallo is a highly experienced yoga teacher, Ayurvedic health coach and multi award winning cookbook author. She completed her Diploma of Ki Yoga (a dynamic meridian based Japanese yoga) in 2004. Following on from that studied under Rachel Zinman in the ISHTA (Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda) System in 2006.

Jody has been teaching yoga in her local community and on retreats in Australia and overseas for the past 15 years.

She has a sound knowledge of the meridian system, yoga therapy and a passion for food medicine. Jody believes yoga should be accessible to people of all ages and it can be used as both a therapy, a support for one’s mental health and a form of deep relaxation. Educating her students about the five elements, the seasons, the meridians and the food they eat forms an integral part of Jody’s unique style of teaching.

Jody’s latest cookbook The Yogic Kitchen is a gentle introduction into the world of Ayurveda. She lives in Tilba, NSW Australia with her beloved dog Cliffy where she teaches yoga , writes recipes, runs wellness retreats, continues to study Ayurveda and does her best to make the world a happier, healthier place to be living in.
