If you have ever wanted to challenge yourself and shed pounds fast, join our 5 week program at JAM Fitness starting November 16th, twice per week! Urbancore is facilitating this program and we want to see you there!

1x per week for 5 weeks beginning November 16th

Running Wednesday's at 6:30pm (1hr)

The idea behind a Bootcamp is to continually ‘shock’ the body, as research demonstrates that this is the most efficient and effective way to improve your cardiovascular system. In order to achieve results, you need to engage your body and challenge it with new exercises.
