2 x per week for 5 weeks - $59
3 x per week for 5 weeks - $79
Unlimited per week for 5 weeks - $99
Running Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at 8:00pm(1hr), Friday at 7:00pm (1hr) & Saturday at 11:00am (1hr) - Total 10 classes
The idea behind a Bootcamp is to continually ‘shock’ the body, as research demonstrates that this is the most efficient and effective way to improve your cardiovascular system. In order to achieve results, you need to engage your body and challenge it with new exercises.
