You will not want to miss this informative and inspirational webinar presented by Coty Fournier – one of the U.S. commercial construction industry’s most prominent executives and thought leaders – designed specifically for women in senior management roles, rising stars or those taking their first brave steps toward a successful, fast-track, rewarding career in construction. Join us on April 3rd at 1:00PM (EST) for the most straight-forward, no-nonsense, tell-it-like-it-is, woman-to-woman career coaching you’ve ever experienced – guaranteed to give you several “AHA!” moments and challenge your status quo. Walk away with a renewed sense of confidence and proven strategies to create a competitive advantage for yourself and the company you work for.

Attendees will gain these key insights and more:

  • How to exploit the real power of assertiveness – it’s NOT what you may think.
  • The Project Manager Myth™ – and how to work it to your advantage.
  • It’s not about being liked, accepted or respected – it’s about 3 more important things required to “fit in” and climb the ladder.
  • There’s an amazing distinction found at the intersection of “Construction Management + Maya Angelou” – who knew?  Embrace it and rewrite your ticket to the top.
  • Meet 2 of the voices inside your head – and why it PAYS YOU to ignore them.

Can't make the webinar on April 3rd? Not a problem. Register to reserve a digital recording and we will send it to you after the session to view at your convenience!
