Event description

Description

Creating a product or service is complex.

It requires a thorough understanding of the problem you are trying to solve. How difficult is it to solve? Is our idea viable, feasible and desirable? What are must-have features? What are customers willing to pay a premium for? These questions come up over and over in the design cycle so how do you test your assumptions simply and efficiently? Hint: get out of the building!

This introductory workshop will address accessible discovery methods you can incorporate immediately into your process to ensure your customers remain at the center of your design decisions. Armed with real insights into behaviours, expectations, and attitudes, you can create better products, services, and experience. In other words, it will help you shift from building features to building experiences.

Led by Isabelle Swiderski, Founder and Creative Director of Seven25, we’ll both learn and practice in this session.
