This 5-session workshop meets on Wednesday evenings February 21, 28 and March 7, 14, & 21 from 8:00 pm-10:00 pm.

Are you burning the candle at both ends and sometimes in the middle? Are you finding everyone has advice for you but no one is listening to you? Do you sometimes need someone to talk to but you aren’t sure who? There is an answer.

The practice of mindfulness offers tools to work with the inevitable stresses of being human. Whether it is in our relationships as sons, brothers, parents, friends and partners; in our workplaces; or in our internal experience; these tools help us reframe our circumstances and conditions and approach them from a foundation of self-care and self-compassion. This five week workshop will be experiential and educational. It will consist of teaching, discussion, reflection, and Mindfulness practices. Learning and sharing together, participants will discover the deep well of wisdom and compassion that lives inside all of us. The goal is to support participants as they build their own mindfulness practice that they can take with them after our time together has concluded.

The workshop will be accessible to adult men, regardless of experience. No need to bring anything. You'll want to wear comfortable clothes, most of the time we will be sitting in chairs.
