What use the 5 Lenses on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion?

At Wilder, we’ve embraced an approach to diversity, equity and inclusion work that is multifaceted. Our experience has shown that there is no one right way. Without naming it explicitly, we’ve been drawing upon multiple frameworks. As we’ve seen how this has allowed our work to mature and evolve, we’ve decided to be more intentional in naming and claiming this as a powerful strategy.
