5 Keg River Fun Walk For Breast Cancer Awareness Sept. 29, 2018

Race begins at 4pm. Check-In begins at 3:00pm at Pauly's on Main Street in Mobridge, SD.

Starting location is Pauly's on Main Street, heading to games along the Walking Trail. Just south of Main Street.

All entries will receive a meal at the end of the race (American Legion, Main Street) lanyard, wrist band and a chance to win prizes.

Register by September 14th and recieve a free t-shirt. We are limiting entries to 150 participants.

This is an entertaining river walk to support breast cancer awareness. Registration $35. and a free T-shirt NOW UNTIL September 14. $45 September 15-27 ( no t-shirt) NO DAY OF REGISTRATION. The only way to register is online. The 5 keg race is all about friends, hilarious homemade "bra" costumes to be worn during the race, responsible entertainment while supporting a great cause. We welcome all people 21 and older of all athletic or non-athletic abilities. (ID required at check in) Prizes will be awarded for best costume, make sure to register as an individual or a group. Bra Judging Categories: Biggest Cup, Most Supportive, Breast of Show, Most Inspirational, Most Bling, Best Themed for Breast Cancer Awareness, Most Creative, Best Bro Bra, and Judges Choice..

Free beer at each keg stop with bar games along the race. Completion of all games will allow you to be eligible for the Grand Prize:(Keep checking in to our Facebook page for prize details). Numerous prizes will be given away.

Awards will held at The American Legion during meal. Approximate time to be determined day of race. You are invited to continue the Celebration with our Bra Auction at 7pm, American Legion. A meal is provided for all participants, free will donation for all other guests.

Waiver

Purchasing a ticket on this site means that you have read all information, including this waiver and agree to all items.

I know that participating in a distance walk is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter unless I am medically able. I agree to abide by any decision of all official relative to my ability to safely complete the event. I assume all risks associated with this event including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, and effects of weather, traffic conditions, and road conditions. All such risks being know and appreciated by me. I even know that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.

I grant permission to all foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

I agree as a walker to move aside to allow others to pass freely.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release all officials and organizers, sponsors, the City of Mobridge and its employees and all supporters, contractors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising from my participation in this event.

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes, you must be 21. Everyone will be required to show ID prior to race.

What is a "Bra" costume?

A "Bra" costume is up to you. The rule is a bra must be worn somewhere on the outside of your clothing. Be creative, be wild, be free! This is your time to show off some new STYLE. Keep in mind the temperature for the day.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

We are starting and ending on Main Street. Make sure to have a designated driver.

Who will receive the money from this fundraiser?

New Hope Foundation and Mobridge Regional Hospital Think Pink Fund.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

No and neither is the wrist band.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The race will be held, weather permitting. If the weather will not allow us to have a fun evernt ourdoors we will hold the event at Scherr Howe Arena. We will announce on our Facebook page and on KOLY Radio if the weather will not allow the race to be held outdoors. There are no refunds.
