You will learn:

- How to shampoo own hair
- How to comb and brush own hair
- How to grow and maintain healthy hair
- How to keep natural hair from being tangled
- Correct hand placement
- How to do box braid (with and without extensions)
- How to do underhand cornrows (with and without extensions)
- How to do over hand cornrows (with and without extensions)
- Style maintenance knowledge to ensure hair remains healthy during styles
- Take down knowledge to ensure hair remains healthy while taking out style
