Join us for 5 fabulous Saturdays of 2 hour fitness camps as we explore the westcoast beaches endulging in great fitness and community. The cost of these 5 camps is only $100 which calculates to only $10 per session. Grab a group of friends and sign up today as I expect a maximum amout of 20 participants. Participant will download the GroupMe app and will daily post everything they consume, share recipes with others and motivate each other!
We will exclude red meat, breads, sugars (except natural), soda (sugar beverages) and fried food from our diets. Participant will also commit to two days of their own weekly workouts and post "EVERYTHING" they consume. We will build healthy bodies and great relationships.
