Join us for another 5 Course Dinner Pairing that will be held at the brewery on Thursday, June 23rd from 7pm-9pm.
This event will include 5 flight glass pours of select craft beers & cider that have been paired nicely with Chef Moyer's 5 Course Meal. Dinner tickets are $44.99 per person (plus tax & tip), must RSVP in advance online in order to secure seating for your party and you'll pay your tab at the brewery (if someone wishes to join but would prefer to eat off the normal menu, only buy a ticket for the pairing meal and include a note with the number of people in your party).
We will be open to the public serving our normal food menu so there will be limited seating for this event.
The 5 Course Craft Beer and Dinner Pairing Menu:
1. Beefsteak tomato salad with fresh mozzarella paired with a new West Coast DIPA
2. Fried Clams with lime aioli paired with Apricot I-69 Detour (NEIPA)
3. Fish & Chips made with Bugger Off paired with Bugger Off (English Pub Ale on Nitro)
4. Seafood boil with shrimp, mussels, corn, potatoes & sausage paired with I-69 Detour (NEIPA)
5. Bread & butter pudding with Barrel Aged Mad Cow Milk Stout
