For the fifth event in this popular monthly series, the team at CLOUDS are happy to welcome Jack from VineTrail, a Bristol-based company responsible for some of the most popular bottles on our list.

VineTrail are specialists, sourcing, import and distributing wines from France, Northern Spain and Sicily. Their aim is to inspire a more progressive, sustainable and open-minded approach to wine, one that cares about the land and the people, eschews the use of chemicals and keeps prices fair.

Since 1989, their aim is to inspire a progressive and open approach to wine, being the first in the UK to promote the growers’ champagne movement - an excellent example of which will open the evening.

They share an enthusiasm for wines that are pure, fresh and nuanced. Balanced and low in sulphur, they reflect terroir and are a pleasure to drink down to the last sip.

CLOUDS is a recently opened Dim Sum restaurant celebrated for its handmade dumplings, fluffy bao buns, and delicious sharing plates.

For this event the CLOUDS team have designed a special set menu to directly complement each glass of wine and each wine has been selected to capture and express specific aspects of the CLOUDS approach to modern Dim Sum dining.

Featured bottles will be available to take home at a discount on the night.
