There will be two teams of five players, each with rolling substitutes. Paul will play with each team for an entire half.

Hotel Football benefits from the close proximity of The Wharfside tram stop which is situated at the bottom of the hotel’s car park, just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Metrolink is also connected to both mainline railway stations, Piccadilly & Victoria, and runs to Old Trafford Tram stop, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Refund Policy

• A full refund will be issued only if the event is cancelled.

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-resellable unless stated otherwise.

• Refunds are generally processed within 7-21 business days.

• If the event is postponed, you will be notified via email with details on the new date, venue, and time. Your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled event.

Travel & Accommodation Disclaimer

Heroes and Legends Events are not responsible for any hotel or travel expenses incurred due to event cancellations or postponements. We strongly advise purchasing comprehensive travel insurance when booking accommodation and transport through third-party providers.

Special Requirements

We want everyone to fully enjoy our events. If you have any special requirements (e.g., accessibility needs), please inform us before the event. We may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests made on the night.

Guest Player

• If a Guest Player is unable to attend, we will arrange a suitable replacement date.

• Once a new date is confirmed, you will have 24 hours to choose between:

• A refund

• Transferring your ticket to the rescheduled event

• Receiving credit to use for a different event if that is your preference

• Please note that confirming a new date may take a few weeks, as the promoter needs to coordinate with both the guest player and the venue.

• If you do not respond within 24 hours of the new date being provided, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled event.

Communication & Customer Service

• We will send event updates and ticket confirmations to the email address provided at the time of booking.

• Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.

• Customer service operates Monday to Saturday

• Please do not repeatedly email or message on social media regarding the same issue, as this will only delay the process. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours
