Somewhere Over The Rainbow Gala is our 4th Annual fundraiser to raise awareness and funds for our Head Start and After School Literacy programs in the largest city of the Commonwealth, Virginia Beach.
Early Childhood education is the cornerstone to a brighter tomorrow. Join business leaders, community leaders, fraternal organizations and elected officials as we rally together to support this great cause in developing our next generation of leaders. This year’s event will feature a "SURPRISE" international recording artist !!
