4th Annual No Rep Violence Competiton

The 4th Annual No Rep Violence Cometition is here! Thank you to CrossFit Success for hosting this event for the last three years.
THIS YEAR'S EVENT WILL BE A PARTNER COMPETITION!
We invite athletes of all skill levels and abilities to participate. There will be an Rx, Scaled, and Masters divisions.
Partners must be male and female. To qualify for Masters, the total age of each athlete must equal 75 or more.
WOD 1 "We'll Pull Through This"
8 min Time Cap
20m Sled Pull-Partner One (Rx-140#, Sc/Masters-100#)
100m Farmers Carry- Both Partners
(Rx-Male=2 45’s Female=2 25’s, Sc/Masters- Male=2 35’s Female=2 15’s)...
20m Sled Pull-Partner Two
100m Farmers Carry- Both Partners
AMRAP for the remainder time.
Males- Max Cleans
Females- Max Deadlifts
After the 1st sled pull is completed by partner One, both partners will pull the weight off of their sled for the 100m farmers carry. They will reload the sled for the 2nd pull done by partner Two. After the 2nd pull, they will remove the weight again for the farmers carry and return to the barbell where they will load all four plates. In the remaining time, partners may trade off as many times as they would like to get as many reps possible. Men MUST clean the bar and women MUST deadlift.
Score is total number of reps.
WOD 2 & 3 "A Little Help from my Friend"
Female- 1 minute Max. cal row
Male- 4 minutes to find 1 rep max Snatch
1 minute Rest
Male- 1 minute Max. Cal. Row
Female- 4 minutes to find 1 rep max Snatch
The female competitor will have one minute to get max cal row. At the one minute mark, the male competitor will have 4 minutes to find their max snatch. The number of calories will be added to the max Snatch for WOD 2 score.
After a 1 minute rest, the male competitor will have one minute to get max cal row. At the one minute mark, the female competitor will have 4 minutes to find their 1 rep max snatch. The number of calories will be added to the max Snatch for WOD 3 score.
WOD 4 "It Takes Two"
15 minute cap
50 KB Swings (Rx/Masters-52/35, Sc- 35/22)...
50 Box Jumps (Rx- 24/20, Sc/Master- 24/20 step ups allowed)
50 HSPU (Rx/Masters-one mat, Sc- hand release push ups)
50 Double Unders (Sc-100 singles)
50 Pull Ups (Sc/Masters- Jumping Pullups)
50 Wall Balls (Rx- 20/14 w/10ft Target, Sc/Masters- 20/14 w/ 9 ft target)
Only one partner working a minute at a time. Partners must trade off every minute. Partner One will start the first minute, then at the minute mark, the second partner picks up where partner one left off and so on until completed or the time cap. For every rep that is not completed once you reach the time cap, one second will be added to your score.
We will have tshirts for each competitor and additional for purchase at the competition. In order to guarantee a shirt, you must sign up by March 20th.
The top 3 finishers in each category will be awarded.

**Demostration videos will be posted 2 weeks before the competition.
All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Danielle LeBlanc Foundation. The foundation was created to raise funding for domestic violence victims and bring more awareness to our surrounding communities.
