4th Annual Nica Night
Thursday, November 14, 2013 from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM (EST)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Imagine living in Kisalaya, Nicaragua a rural indigenous, farming community of about 200
families. The water in this community is often hard to come by and often contaminated. One
of the few sources for water, a local spring box is poorly constructed and often inaccessible for
weeks during the raining season due to flooding.
The EWB-USA RTP Professional Chapter has partnered with the community in Kisalaya to
accomplish the goal of better access to clean, plentiful water. In 2010, 2011 And 2012, our
chapter traveled to Nicaragua to assess the situation and collaborate with the community. In
order to continue this success, this project needs continued support.
Our Chapter will be hosting our Fourth Annual Nicaragua Night on
November 14th, 2013
7pm to 10pm
At St. Michael Archangel Centre & Gallery
830 High House Road
Cary, NC 27513
All proceeds from the event go directly towards funding our chapter’s projects. Please join us in
supporting our Nicaraguan Project with dinner, drinks, entertainment, socializing and a chance
to learn more about our project in Nicaragua. There will also be a silent auction and raffle for
