The goal is to raise awareness for mental health, and how so many of us have become more anxious, depressed, and/or at risk for other mental health struggles. According to Mental Health America’s 2020 data, almost 1 in 10 youth have severe depression, and suicidal ideation among adults is increasing. We hope this event reminds you to treat yourself and others with kindness, patience and love.
