Our mission is to build and maintain actionable community partnerships that reduce premature births and infant deaths while supporting successful birth outcomes and healthy family development in greater San Antonio and Bexar County.

We invite you to attend our FREE health and baby expo with over 40 different community vendors/organizations providing free health screening, educational and wellness information! We will also have our FREE KIDS FUN ZONE, Toddler Trot, and family fitness activities, along with healthy snacks will be provided.
Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Ceremony - Tragically in San Antonio we still have too many babies who are born too early, too small and die too soon. Of the babies born in 2015, too many did not live to celebrate their first birthday. In honor of National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, we will be having a Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Ceremony and balloon release to honor all pregnancies and infants who passed away before their 1st birthday. There will also be a Remembrance Wall to pay tribute and honor your loved ones. Please bring pictures and messages for your loved one to be added to the Remembrance Wall. Keynote Speakers will be Mrs. Roxanne Torres and the Honorable Judge Peter Sakai. Grand Marshall will be Congressman Lloyd Doggett.
