Tuesday evening, December 6th

Roland Park Community Center5802 Roland Avenue

Baltimore, MD 21210

Everyone is invited to celebrate Baltimore Breathwork turning 5 years old with a special breathwork class followed by a sound bowl and gong sound bath.

Breathwork is a powerful, active meditation technique for self-healing. This particular breathing pattern moves stuck energy, allows us to let go of the mind, and opens the heart. Most people leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to their heart and soul.

After the breathwork portion of class which tends to be full of fun rock-n-roll, Motown, and Indie tunes... the music will slow down and I'll play a crystal sound bowls while you bathe and soak in the vibrational energy.

Elizabeth Bardelli Bio

Elizabeth Bardelli holds a Master of Science Degree from the Johns Hopkins University and a post-graduate degree from The University of Notre Dame of Maryland. After retiring as a classroom teacher from the Maryland Public School System, Elizabeth studied under David Elliott, renowned Los Angeles breathwork facilitator trainer and author of Healing. She spends summers in Los Angeles attending events given by her sound hero, Guy Douglas, and trainings hosted by her peers in the breathwork circuit.
