Can I run with my jogging stroller?
Yes, you may run with a jogging stroller. We ask that you position yourself behind the elite runners as to not interfere with the start of the race.
Can I run with my dog?
No. due to space constraints we do not allow dogs in the Ridge Run.
It says 10K run only - can I walk in the 10K?
We discourage walkers in the 10K as the 5k race starts 1 1/5 hours after the start of the 10K - we shut down the main course about 10 minutes prior to the start of the 5K - if it will take you longer than 1 hour and 20 minutes to finish the 10K you will be directed off the main course to the sidewalk where you will finish - your time will still be recorded.
