Please review your DATE OF BIRTH and GENDER on your assigned bib and report any changes to the REGISTRATION TABLE prior to the race.
TIMING The Ridge Run will be utilizing the latest technology in race timing history - The B-tags! B-tags are disposable timing chips located on the race bib. What are my parking options at the race?

There is a parking lot at 95th and Longwood Drive. Parking is also available on residential streets adjacent to Ridge Park. There is no participant parking at Ridge Park. Please allow time to park and walk to start of race.

What are my public transportation options getting to the race?

METRA: Ridge Park is one block west and one block south of the 95th Street Metra Rock Island Line Station. For more details including schedules and fare information visit Metra’s website at www.metrarail.com.

CTA: Ridge Park is one block south of the Longwood stop on the 95th Street CTA bus line. For system maps, fare information, and schedule times visit the CTA’s website at www.transitchicago.com.

Can I run with my jogging stroller?

Yes, you may run with a jogging stroller. We ask that you position yourself behind the elite runners as to not interfere with the start of the race.

Can I run with my dog?

No. due to space constraints we do not allow dogs in the Ridge Run.

It says 10K run only - can I walk in the 10K?

We discourage walkers in the 10K as the 5k race starts 1 1/5 hours after the start of the 10K - we shut down the main course about 10 minutes prior to the start of the 5K - if it will take you longer than 1 hour and 20 minutes to finish the 10K you will be directed off the main course to the sidewalk where you will finish - your time will still be recorded.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
