Thursday, November 7th, 2019—9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

General Information: The Rockwell Automation Holiday Craft Faire will be held on Thursday, November 1st, 2018.

The Faire will be held at Rockwell Automation Global Headquarters, 1201 South 2nd Street in Milwaukee, WI in the historic Bradley Hall gymnasium and 7th floor surrounding areas.

The Faire is a Rockwell sponsored event and is not open to the general public. Only registered exhibitors and helpers are permitted to participate.

Registration: Registered exhibitors must be Rockwell Automation employees, contractors, retirees or be referred by a Rockwell employee. Outside exhibitors will be considered only if referred by a Rockwell employee or retiree. (Please see OUTSIDE EXHIBITORS section below for more details.)

Employees and company contractors exhibiting at the Faire must either use a vacation day and/or have approval from their manager.

Registration for this event is from August 1st through Friday, October 12th. Participation is on a first-come, first-serve basis

Each exhibitor will be contacted by the Rockwell Automation Recreation Department to confirm registration.

No third party merchandise may be represented at this event. The art, craft, hobby being displayed or sold must be made by the exhibitor.

A $15.00 registration fee (check only), payable to ROCKWELL AUTOMATION, must be included with the completed registration shown form below to guarantee your space. Please mail the fee and form no later than Friday, October 13th to: Rockwell Automation, Recreation Department 7N28, 1201 South 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI 53204

Outside Exhibitors:

Prior to guarantee of participation in the event, please send the name and phone number of the Rockwell employee who referred you to Pat Walecki at She will also need a photo of the craft / hobby items you wish to sell. NOTE: The Faire is a Rockwell Automation sponsored event and is not open to the general public. Only registered exhibitors and helpers are permitted to attend.

Product Unloading / Parking: Registered exhibitors must enter at the Greenfield Avenue Entrance located at 122 West Greenfield Avenue. This is in the middle of the block between 1st and 2nd Streets and Greenfield Avenue.
A valid government ID is required in order to receive a visitor badge.

Registered exhibitors are instructed to use Dock #12 which is located just west of the Greenfield entrance at 122 West Greenfield Avenue. Unloading can begin after 6:30 a.m. on the day of the event.
These docks will also be available to use at the conclusion of the Faire.

Assistance unloading will be provided at the dock area by our Retiree Association Volunteers. However, because of the limited number of flatbed carts to transport goods and displays, it would be helpful if exhibitors could provide their own carts. However, please make they are properly labeled.

Registered outside exhibitors and retirees can park in the Visitor Lots located on either the southwest or northwest corner of 2nd and Greenfield. You will need to provide your license plate when signing.
Current Rockwell employees / contractors should park in their normal spots once they have unloaded their product.

Event Logistics: Participation and space assignment are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Registered exhibitors will be supplied one (1) banquet sized table either six (6) or eight (8) foot long and two (2) folding chairs. If additional equipment is needed, please note on the registration form below.

A continental breakfast and snacks will be available at no cost for registered exhibitors and registered helpers beginning at 6:30 a.m. on the day of the event.

An on-site cafeteria is also available where you can purchase food and drinks. Breakfast is served from 6:30 am to 9:30 am and lunch is served from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Visitor Information for Current Employees / Contractors / Retirees: Employees, contractors and retirees who invite family and friends to the Fair must have them present a government photo ID to Security to receive a badge and to enter the facility.

Family and friends can only register at the 122 West Greenfield Avenue entrance. If they park in one of the Visitor Lots, they must also provide their license plate number.

Family and friends can only attend the Faire between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and must be escorted at all times.

For this event, visiting other areas of the facility and children under 18 are not permitted outside of the Faire area.
