Time: 9:00am-12:00pm *Players will be notified of their workout time three days prior to the event. *Players are not to attend event the entire three hours. Players will be matched up according to age.

The "400" Club is a physical fitness test conducted to test our players both mentally and physically. It is a "Chipper" style circuit workout where players are required to complete (40) repetitions of (10) different exercises in (20) minutes or less. Each player has his/her own coach assigned to him/her during the workout to hold the player accountable for completing the (40) reps of each exercise, in its entirety and with proper technique, prior to moving on to the next movement.
The workout consists of the following exercises:
- Tire Sledge
- Box Burpees
- Compound Crunches
- Box Jumps
- Push Ups
- Rockets w/Medicine Ball
- Leg Lifts
- Tire Flips
- Tire Shrugs
- Pop Ups
Player's that successfully pass the challege will receive a "400" Club T-Shirt and a plaque in the faiclity with their name on it.
