This coming Monday starts our 4-Week Total Transformation Challenge and will start every Monday after that, but why wait? Lets get you set up for this coming Monday!
The 4-Week Total Transformation Challenge consist of:
1) A Bootcamp Fitness Program designed on a 4-week basis for ALL fitness levels using the Optimal Performance Training (OPT) model developed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). To reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass, increase strength and improve performance and overall health.
Week 1- Stabilization Endurance Training
Week 2- Strength Endurance Training
Week 3- Hypertrophy Training
Week 4- Power training
2) Nutrition recommendations/tips, recipes, meal prep (optional) and more.
3) Fitness Assessment (First and Last) - Optional
4) Facebook accountability private group/ Where I will post workouts including videos of demonstration, incase you cant make it to class and Nutrition recommendations/Tips, Recipes, etc and support of other members.
5) 1:1 health coaching sessions available for more support
6) Various health-related events

Mon, Weds-Fri 6:00am- 7:00am
Mon- Fri 7:00pm- 8:00pm
