4 Week Yoga Challenge for Fit Living - THIS Challenge can be followed online!
Discover yoga in a whole new light over this four week intensive. We will start with strong foundational poses the first week and increase intensity and focus in the weeks to follow. Each week will have a specific theme for our mind and body and can be followed via a private facebook group for the details and descriptive videos.
Starts Nov 21 - Ends Dec 18 (3 classes a week with videos or at a studio)

Sunday - Flow
