4-WEEK NOVEMBER SPRING CHALLENGE

A combination of Pilates, Yoga and Resistance training means this is a Wholistic Body Conditioning programme that will increase your strength, muscle tone and definition, inner alignment of deep core muscles and improve your flexibility and awareness of breath for a total mind-body overhaul!
Weekly guidance on diet for better health will be provided AND you’ll have the opportunity to incorporate extra classes at the studio for those looking to supercharge their progress!
Taught by senior teacher Antonio Di Cecco, this 4 week 3x 1hour weekly programme will have you experiencing immediate results and leave you re-motivated and inspired back on your path towards your health and fitness.
